Make up today has become a billion dollar industry. From Kylie cosmetics to Fenty beauty all have become a part of our day to day necessity. But frankly what is makeup for? Giving a rise to our insecurities? Making us fake looking better?

As makeup has became a mainstream business these days , let's have a look on its history!The first use of prototype cosmetics is usually traced back to the ancient Egyptians; many Egyptian tombs contained makeup canisters and kits. Cleopatra used lipstick that got its hue from ground carmine beetles, while other women used clay mixed with water to color their lips.

Using make up was never about *fake it till you make it* Its usage should be just for making US happy, about our looks not for others. Why then, make up has become such an important factor when it comes to beauty? Why the color complexion has become a sole definition of beauty? 

Also, makeup comes with it's own loss, over usage of cosmetics can lead to many skin disasters like acne,infections and much more! In conclusion make up is just some products for temporary beauty; you all are beautiful in your own way

Let no factor define your beauty! As beauty has no definition ! It purely lies in the eye of beholder!
